Welcome to The Wood’s Tree Farm—we’re Jeff and Marcia, and we’re so glad you’re here!

Our little 20-acre farm in Kirkland, Illinois has been in Jeff’s family for over 50 years. The last 8 have been learning to grow Christmas trees. We’ve had a lot of generous help from family and friends with planting, refurbishing the Christmas cabin, and building the barn.

We’ve been married for over 30 years and are proud parents to two grown sons, Alex and Scott, who now live out of state. Though Marcia and I live in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, we cherish every moment spent at the farm. It’s our place to unwind, breathe in fresh air, and enjoy some good, productive exercise.

Most importantly, we love Jesus—and it’s a true privilege to help others celebrate his birthday. As our trees have grown over the years, we’ve been praying for all the families and friends who will one day walk among them and choose their “perfect” Christmas tree. We can’t wait to welcome you in person and share the joy of the season with you and yours!
